By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Description of Services

Zippify provides AI-powered interview practice, career guidance, and related tools designed to help users prepare for job opportunities.

Zippify does not guarantee employment, job placement, interview success, or career outcomes.
All feedback, insights, and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
• Use automated scripts or scraping tools without permission
• Circumvent security or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Zippify, including interview responses, resumes, and other materials ("User Content").

5.2 License

By using the Services, you grant Zippify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze your User Content solely to:

• Provide and improve the Services
• Generate feedback and insights
• Maintain platform functionality

This license ends when your content is deleted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

6. AI and Automated Processing

Zippify uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze User Content and generate feedback.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated feedback may not be perfect or error-free
• Outputs are advisory and not professional or legal advice
• You are responsible for how you use the information provided

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

We may change pricing with advance notice.

8. Free Trials and Promotions

Zippify may offer free trials or promotional access at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Services, including software, design, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Zippify.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security or legal risk
• We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIPPIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• ZIPPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
• ZIPPIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZIPPIFY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zippify and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
