5. No Automated Hiring Decisions
Zippify does not:
- Decide whether you are qualified for a job
- Score or rank candidates for employers
- Make hiring, firing, or promotion decisions
- Act as a replacement for recruiters or HR professionals
All AI feedback is educational and informational only.
6. Bias Awareness & Fairness
We recognize that AI systems can reflect or amplify biases. To reduce this risk, Zippify:
- Evaluates models for fairness and performance
- Avoids training AI to judge protected characteristics
- Focuses feedback on communication skills and structure, not personal traits
- Continuously reviews user feedback for unintended bias
We do not intentionally design AI systems to discriminate based on race, gender, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.

- User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We do not sell user data to train third-party AI models
- Data may be processed by trusted AI infrastructure providers under strict contractual obligations
- Where data is used to improve our systems, it is aggregated or anonymized where feasible
